Mornings begin at Manta with breakfast served open-air, taking full advantage of beautiful views of Kauna’oa Bay. Manta’s buffet is renowned for their  made-to-order waffles and omelets, tropical fruits and juices, and tasty pastries while the a la carte menu is a mix of healthy options and indulgent breakfast favorites. A French-pressed cup of 100% Kona Coffee or a Cutwater Bloody Mary are perfect accompaniments to every Manta breakfast.

Dinner at Manta begins with a sunset, and view, that is unmatched by any other restaurant on the island. Come to enjoy a collection of small plates or enjoy a larger plate for a more traditional meal. Our food is Pacific Rim and features ingredients that are seasonal, local, sustainable. At the bar you will find a fantastic cocktail program that will satisfy any drinker. Come enjoy the food, drinks, or one of the wines from our award-winning wine list. We have live music when available, but the vibe is curated to entertain either way. When you leave make sure to walk down to the manta viewing,
